Can I pick up my order in person?
Local pickup is available at 3Division Airsoft Events.
Only during normal events.

Can you engrave my own equipment?
Yes, in most cases. You can send in or deliver your own gear for engraving.
Please contact us first to confirm compatibility and pricing.
Note: We are not responsible for existing damage on customer-owned items.
How long does production take?
Production time depends on the product:
- Stock items: 1–3 business days
- Custom products: 3–4 weeks
- Large orders: by agreement
You will always receive an estimated delivery time after ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?

- Bank transfer (on request)

What if my product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If the items is still in our warehouse and not shipped yes you can.
Otherwise you need to wait till the item gets shipped back to us.
After that we can send it to the right address but you need to cover the shipping fees.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship within the Netherlands and internationally.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees.
